Our five-step digital process

We first assess the concern. Detailed financial records are requested only when they are necessary.

01

Enquire online

Describe your issue through our website form. Do not include passwords, Aadhaar/PAN numbers or detailed bank information.

02

Review by email

Our team replies through support@borrowerfirst.in with preliminary next steps and any questions.

03

Share records privately

When needed, we arrange a private document-sharing channel with appropriate access controls. Submit only requested documents.

04

Approve written engagement

Review proposed services, fees, duration, privacy terms and authorisation before paid work. An invoice and approved digital payment method will be provided separately.

05

Receive online support

Documentation, authorised correspondence and status updates are handled through agreed digital channels. Legal representation is separate where needed.

Common questions about remote assistance

Do I need to visit an office?

No physical meeting is required for BorrowerFirst’s standard consultancy and documentation services. A court, police station, notary or another external authority may independently require attendance or original documents.

Can I upload loan documents directly to the enquiry form?

Not yet. The initial form is for a brief description only. If documents are necessary, our team will explain how to share them through an appropriate private channel.

Can I pay online?

Where a paid engagement is accepted, our team will issue written terms and a payment method separately. There is no integrated payment gateway on this website at present.

Can I track my case in an online dashboard?

Case updates currently take place by email. A private client portal is planned but is not yet operational.

Does BorrowerFirst represent me in court?

No. BorrowerFirst provides borrower education, documentation and administrative coordination. Regulated legal services are provided separately by appropriately qualified independent advocates.
