Our business
BorrowerFirst is operated by Fortius Resources Private Limited as an independent borrower assistance, documentation and administrative consultancy. We specialise initially in payday and digital loan matters.
Services within our scope
We may compile records, reconcile statements, organise communications, prepare factual borrower correspondence, coordinate authorised administrative follow-up and create documentation packs for professional review. The specific services, duration, deliverables and fees are set out in a written engagement agreement.
Services outside our scope
- We do not practise law, issue notices as advocates or appear in court.
- We do not guarantee lender concessions, reduced balances, a particular credit bureau status or suspension of lawful recovery.
- We do not promise government or RBI endorsement or claim to be a regulator.
- We do not take deposits, advance loans or handle client debt repayments as part of our standard service.
- We do not advise clients to ignore legal notices, conceal assets or stop repayments without assessing the consequences with appropriate professionals.
Independent advocates
Where required, clients may separately engage qualified independent advocates. Any professional engagement, legal advice, legal fees and court representation are matters between the client and the advocate. Administrative coordination does not create a law firm or advocate–client relationship with BorrowerFirst.
Client choice and transparent fees
We disclose the proposed consultancy scope and fee before work begins. Clients are free to seek independent advice, contact lenders directly or decline our quotation.
