Initial website version
This starter website does not contain a server-side enquiry database, account registration or document-upload system. The enquiry form prepares a summary locally on the visitor's device for copying; it does not transmit that information to BorrowerFirst.
Future service engagement
Before collecting client documents, Fortius Global Consulting should publish a complete privacy notice identifying contact details, purposes, lawful processing basis, retention periods, security safeguards, processors, grievance contact and applicable rights, and implement secure collection and storage processes.

Links to government complaint systems and third-party sites are subject to those providers' own privacy practices.
Initial enquiry form
If you submit the online form, the details you enter (name, email, support category, approximate account count and consent) are transmitted to our hosting/form-processing provider Netlify for delivery to the site administrator. We use them to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit identity numbers, bank credentials or case evidence in this form.
Submission does not establish a consultancy or advocate-client relationship. Contact details for privacy requests will be added once the official business mailbox is activated. We will establish retention and access procedures before inviting sensitive case submissions.
