BorrowerFirst is a borrower education, documentation and coordination initiative operated by Fortius Global Consulting. It is not a law firm, lender, NBFC, debt collector, regulator or government body.

Website materials are educational and are not individual legal, financial or tax advice. Information may not cover every legal exception or later regulatory change.
Professional services
No client relationship is created merely by browsing or submitting an enquiry. Services begin only after scope, fees, authorisations and terms are agreed in writing. Any advocate is independently engaged and responsible for legal advice and court representation.
Fees and third parties
Consultancy fees start at ₹50,000 plus applicable GST and vary by scope. Advocate, court and other third-party costs are additional subject to advance approval. No result is guaranteed.
Responsible use
Do not submit misleading allegations, forged evidence or confidential credentials. Do not upload sensitive identity or financial documents through an initial enquiry.
